The Intlvac Aether Vacuum Degassing System is designed for rapid, consecutive degassing of small components for space-ready use by holding them under high vacuum while being baked by thermal radiation. The system is automatically controlled through a PLC LabView interface. Complete data logging and remote operation is provided.
The stainless steel vacuum chamber dimensions are 24”ID x 24” Deep Cylinder with a working area of 15.75”ID x 19” Deep Cylinder. A large optical viewport with an explosion guard is fitted to the lid. With pneumatic assist, the lid rests at a 45⁰ angle when opened.
